The sun might be setting outside, but in Minecraft, it’s only just rising — CMD v7.1 is here! This update is all about vibrant music, fresh branding, and a brand new way to experience CMD with LITE Mode. Let’s dive into what makes Pixel-Mix Summer such a special release.


🎶 16 New Discs - Pixel Remixes Take the Stage


This wave is packed with 16 brand new discs, many of them Pixel Remixes of your favourite Minecraft tracks. They bring a bright, summery twist to familiar tunes, giving your world an endless summer soundtrack. Whether you’re chilling at base or exploring deep caves, these discs keep the vibes flowing.


🌱 CMD Lite Mode - A Vanilla-Friendly Experience


We know not everyone wants CMD’s custom structures crowding their world, so we’re introducing CMD LITE Mode for the datapack!


  • LITE disables custom structures, making it more vanilla-friendly.


  • Discs normally locked behind structures? Don’t worry — the In-Game Wiki now includes a CMD Lite Guide, showing alternative ways to obtain them.


  • A Resource Pack Lite version will come later, aimed at reducing file size by compressing the larger audio files.

✨ Fresh New Look - CMD Branding Redesign


CMD has a new coat of paint! We’ve redesigned our logo and branding to better reflect the evolving identity of CMD. You’ll see this new look both in-game and on the website, which has also gained a brand-new FAQ page.


📖 In-Game Wiki - Wave 7 & Lite Support


The In-Game Wiki keeps growing! With this update, you’ll find:

  • Wave 7 entries, covering the new discs.

  • A brand-new CMD Lite Guide, helping Lite players adapt to the alternate progression system.

Our Discord is slowly but surely growing! As of this update, we’re rocking 15 members: 2 devs, 9 bots (yes, almost as many as humans 😅). Come hang out, share ideas, or just vibe with us — we love chatting with you all.
